Pop star D’banj has gotten a special gift from his ‘god father’ the U2 front man Bono.
Yesterday (September 14) he revealed that Bono sent him a special iPad. “Just Received this Wonderful Gift from The Real God father BONO .. 6th Generation IPAD tablet and the Special #RED Case Today..Thank you so much Sir. God bless you.”
D’banj held a cocktail party for Bono when he was in Nigeria. The Rock legend surely had a great time and experienced the Lagos life as one of Africa’s biggest stars D’Banj hosted the legendary rock star and the ONE.org team at the Osborne Foreshore Boat Club in Ikoyi.
Stars and celebrities were all in attendance at this event as there were musical performances from D’Banj, Waje, Seyi Shay, Victoria Kimani, Diamond Platnumz and the host of the night was raving hype man Jimmie.
