…Becomes the Omogbademu of Owu Kingdom
Hon (Dr) Ladi Adebutu has once again put smiles on the faces of the residents of Surulere Community, Abeokuta North Local Government, by donating a 500KVA transformer to the area on April 23, 2018.
The delivery of the transformer was part of the activites lined up for the familiarisation tour of the local government and face to face interaction with party members. It must be noted that Surulere community had been in darkness for over 6 years.
Meanwhile, the Olowu of Owu Kingdom in Egbaland, HRM Oba Adegboyega Dosunmu, Amororo II (CON), at his Owu palace, conferred on the 2019 gubernatorial aspirant the title of Omogbademu of Owu Kingdom. The Iwuye ceremony is slated for a later date to be announced soonest.
While addressing PDP members at the council ground of Abeokuta North East LCDA, Adebutu enjoined party members to work assuduously for the growth and success of the party and be steadfast. He described PDP as party that cared for the masses. He encouraged them to mobilize the people to register and obtain PVCs which would enable them to perform their civic obligations.
