After a recent statement that President Muhammadu Buhari plans to address Nigeria when it is appropriate for him to do so, GEJ’s ex-aide, Pastor Reno Omkri has come out to ask why it is not yet time for the President of the country to speak to his people on the deadly virus.
He revealed this after the live television broadcast of President Donald Trump, of the United States of America, Cyril Ramaphosa of South-Africa, Emmanuel Macron of France and other countries, struck by this pandemic disease.
According to Reno, 12 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Lagos and one death has already been recorded so he does not know what the FG is talking about.
He added that suspected cases have been rampant in several states and the time has definitely come for Buhari to talk to the nation.
His words, “12 #coronavirus cases confirmed in Lagos. 1 death in Ekiti. Suspected cases in multiple states, and the time is not right? When is the right time? Is it until election time? It is an embarrassment to continue to call this man a leader. President Trump was right. The man is ‘lifeless’, compassionless and directionless. What sin did Nigeria commit to deserve this plague as a pretend leader?”
