Leicester City manager, Brendan Rodgers has come out to say that James Maddison will not be leaving the club. He recently revealed this amid rumors linking the English midfielder to Arsenal.
According to him, he is yet to hear of any formal discussions over a potential transfer for Maddison, so the reports should be ignored.
He added that James is very important to his team so the club is looking forward to a new season with him.
His words, “I believe so. I haven’t been told anything different.”
“James is a very important member of our squad.”
On Tielemans, “The club have spoken to his representatives, he’s very happy here. But there’s nothing to add yet.”
