RB Leipzig manager, Jesse Marsch has come out to say that referee Andreas Ekberg officiated like he wanted Neymar’s autograph yesternight. This is coming after both teams drew 2-2 in the Champions League on Wednesday.

According to him, it is an impression that is strong because it felt like the ref felt the need to be in favour of the bigger team during the game.
Jesse added that it is sad to see how hard it is for smaller teams to be respected in the UCL nowadays.
His words, “I have the impression that referees decide in favour of the big teams instead of the small ones,”
“It’s hard to get respect from the refs. It seemed as if the referee wanted to get an autograph from Neymar!”
On his team’s penalty miss, “I usually decide two names before the match,”
“This time I chose Forsberg and Silva. I said that Emil can decide.
“Silva seemed confident but missed unfortunately. But Donnarumma is also one of the best goalkeepers in the world.”
