Germany manager, Julian Nagelsmann has come out to blast Premier League referees after their win over Denmark. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he believes Michael Oliver, Stuart Burt and Dan Cook were very picky for disallowing Nico Schlotterbeck’s fifth-minute strike, since blocking the opponent in the box the way Kimmich did happens often during cornerkick situations.

Nagelsmann added that the block was not dramatic in any way, so he does not understand why the goal was disallowed.
His words, “It was a bizarre game somehow. The first 25 minutes were our best of the tournament. We scored what I thought was a normal goal, but the referee was very picky with his whistle. Small blocks like that happen in every corner, it wasn’t anything dramatic. Then we had the rain delay and changed things around a bit.
We showed some play during the break because we wanted to get behind their defence quicker. We’re really good, we saw that in the first 20 minutes. We had to put up with a lot of resistance today. We need to be more patient and wait for our moments.”
WOW.
