The Ministry’s agencies will promote this opportunity to their extensive startup ecosystems, which collectively consist of over 1,500 startups, some of which have already reached Series B funding rounds. The program will be communicated via multiple channels, including WhatsApp groups, email, events, and social media platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement within the community.
“Kerja sama ini menjadi landasan penting untuk mendorong pertumbuhan startup di Indonesia. Dengan kolaborasi bersama Zoho, kami membuka akses ke teknologi dan solusi inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mempercepat transformasi digital startup Indonesia. Ini adalah langkah nyata dalam memperkuat ekosistem startup, sehingga dapat bersaing di tingkat global.”
– Sonny Hendra Sudaryana, Head of Digital Startup Ecosystem Development, Ministry of Communication And Digital Affairs
“At Zoho Indonesia, we are thrilled to join hands with the Ministry of Communication And Digital Affairs to launch the Zoho for Startups Program. This partnership represents a powerful opportunity to equip Indonesian startups with world-class tools, empowering them to innovate, scale, and compete on a global stage. Together, we are dedicated to fostering a thriving ecosystem for entrepreneurs, enabling them to transform bold ideas into successful businesses that contribute to Indonesia’s digital economy.”
– Handito Aji Saroso, Country Lead, Zoho Indonesia
“Indonesia’s population size is quite an advantage for the startups to look at scaling locally, providing enough cushion to become profitable even before having to expand globally. With the country steadily climbing up in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index, it is almost imperative to contribute to it via the Zoho for Startups program. The collaboration with the Ministry of Communication And Digital Affairs translates into an important validation for providing secure and scalable software for the Indonesian startups. By working closely with the government-run accelerator, we intend to complete the circle of support and play a crucial role in the digital transformation of the startups through the Zoho for Startups program.”
– Kuppulakshmi Krishnamoorthy, Global Head—Zoho for Startups
In addition to offering wallet credits, Zoho will also have the opportunity to contribute to government-led startup initiatives by participating as an expert or speaker in relevant cohort events. This engagement aligns with Zoho’s broader commitment to building a sustainable startup ecosystem in Indonesia and empowering entrepreneurs with the tools they need to thrive.
This partnership represents a significant step toward strengthening the Indonesian startup landscape, fostering innovation, and supporting the growth of the next generation of successful tech companies in the region.
