The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has come out to say that the fate of Wasiu Ayinde, a.k.a.K1 de Ultimate, will be determined by the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and the Inspector General of Police (IGP). NCAA spokesman, Michael Achimugu, recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he has not seen the singer’s apology yet; therefore, the authority has not had the chance to deliberate on it.

Michael added that the Inspector General of Police and the Attorney General of the Federation will determine what the next step will be regarding the matter.
His words, “We have referred the case to the Inspector General of Police and the Attorney General of the Federation, who are better positioned to determine and communicate the next steps.”
Keyamo added, “We have just seen this (apology) on social media like everyone else. We have not had the opportunity to deliberate on it.”
WOW.
