France captain Kylian Mbappe has said that he would have been disgusted with football if he weren’t passionate about the sport. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, being a footballer has made him realize that the more money one has, the more problems he ends up having.

Mbappe added that he would never advise his child to get involved in football because of what he has personally experienced as a football player.

His words, “If I didn’t have this passion [for the sport], the world of football would have disgusted me a long time ago.

I’m fatalistic about the world of football.

But not about life. Life is beautiful. Football is what it is. I like to say that people who go to the stadium are lucky to ‘just’ come and watch a show, and not know what’s going on behind the scenes. Honestly, if I didn’t have this passion, the world of football would have disgusted me a long time ago.

The more money you have, the more problems you have.
