Popular Hollywood actress Amy Schumer has shared how her health impacted her weight loss journey. She recently revealed that she did not lose weight to look hot, and fans have been reacting.
In an Instagram clip that included a tour of various rooms around her house, Amy responded to questions about her weight loss decision.

According to her, while many believe that she lost weight to look fitter and sexier, she actually made the decision to survive.
Schumer also clarified that she did not get Botox or filler, as several false reports have been suggesting.
“Not to look hot which does feel fun and temporary. I did it to survive,” she said.
The moviestar further noted that her Cushing syndrome diagnosis made her realize that she could actually lose her life because of her weight, so she had to do something to stay healthy.
Amy concluded by saying that while some people might not agree with her decision, she is very happy to be pain–free again.
“I had a disease that makes your face extremely puffy that can kill you, but the internet caught it, and the disease has cleared.
Sorry for whatever feeling it’s giving you that I lost that weight. Sorry to anyone that lets down.
Happy to share if anyone has any questions about how I’m looking or feeling or where I am in my perimenopause process.
Whatever ends up happening with my husband Chris has nothing to do with weight loss or autism. Fingers crossed we can make it through, he’s the best.” she added.
