Saudi Pro League chief executive Omar Mugharbel has confirmed that Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has emerged as a transfer target amid uncertainty over his future at Anfield. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, amid speculation about a potential winter move away from Anfield after Salah‘s explosive interview, it is possible that Saudi Arabia will be his next destination.
Omar added that Salah is definitely welcome in the Saudi League because he is a quality footballer.
His words, “Mohamed Salah is welcome in the Saudi League, but it is the clubs that are responsible for negotiating with players. For sure Salah is one of them [a target].”

Left with an empty ground, Houlding founded Liverpool in 1892 and the club has played at Anfield ever since. The capacity of the stadium at the time was 20,000, although only 100 spectators attended Liverpool’s first match at Anfield.
