Former Brazil midfielder Lucas Leiva has raised serious concerns about the balance of Carlo Ancelotti’s team. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Stressing that Casemiro struggled throughout his performance against Morocco, Lucas stated that Brazil never took control of the midfield like supporters expected.

The ex-Liverpool midfielder added that the fact that the nation’s star players didn’t look dangerous in attack is a major cause of worry.
His words, “Before the game we spoke about balance, Brazil never looked in control in the middle, Casemiro struggled a little bit and that’s why he got taken out at half-time.
Offensively, Brazil never looked dangerous, they didn’t create as much as we could’ve imagined. Overall it wasn’t a good performance, the balance of the team wasn’t right.”
WOW.
