Former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, has inaugurated a campaign council comprising more than 600 members for the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Kebbi State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Malami inaugurated the council as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s campaign structure and mobilise support across the state.
The former minister urged members of the council to work together and engage with voters across Kebbi as the party prepares for the forthcoming elections.
He stressed the need for effective grassroots mobilisation and a coordinated campaign strategy to achieve the party’s objectives.
The inauguration comes amid growing political activities and realignments across the country as opposition parties seek to strengthen their structures ahead of the 2027 elections.
The ADC is expected to use the campaign council to deepen its presence across Kebbi State and mobilise voters ahead of the general elections.
