EbonyLife boss Mo Abudu has said that younger people cannot call her by her first name. She recently had her say during an appearance on Toke Moments with Toke Makinwa, and fans have been reacting.
Stressing that she is very particular about respect, Abudu said that being called by her first name without any regard for age or seniority is simply not acceptable.

She added that while some might see her as tough or aggressive, the reaction would be different if she were a man.
Her words, “I am very traditional. I was brought up in Ondo by my grandmother.
You can’t be calling me by my first name anyhow. I won’t take it!
If I was a man, they wouldn’t say I was a shark.
They’re going to say she’s an astute businesswoman.”
On love and relationships, “Nobody can break my heart.”
