Popular skitmaker and actress, RealWarriPikin, has said that her AFRIMMA award is her reminder to dream bigger. She recently had her say during an interview with Potpourri, and fans have been reacting.
Stressing that the recognition represents many years of work, persistence and personal experiences that have shaped her as a woman, RealWarriPikin said that the award will inspire her to keep pushing the boundaries of her career.
The entertainer added that her “Best Stand-Up Comedian” plaque is a massive honour she’ll cherish forever.
Her words, “This award means a lot to me because it is a recognition of the journey, the work and the years of showing up even when I didn’t know where it would lead.
To be recognised as Best Comedian at AFRIMMA, representing Nigeria and Africa, is a huge honour.
It also reminds me that staying true to who you are and using your story to connect with people can take you places you never imagined.
As they say, the reward for hard work is more work. For me, it is a reminder to dream even bigger. There’s a lot ahead for Realwarripikin.”
