Popular Afrobeats singer Adekunle Gold has announced a new initiative to support organisations working within the sickle cell community. He recently shared the news via a post on his Instagram page, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the Adekunle Gold Foundation is launching its latest project, “We’re Not Done,” which will commit $20,000 to support groups that are doing critical work in the sickle cell community.

He concluded by calling on members of the public to support the initiative through donations or by contacting the foundation directly via email or its website.
His words, “Today, the @adekunlegoldfoundation is taking another meaningful step towards creating lasting impact in the sickle cell community.
I’m excited to introduce our latest initiative, we’re not done, through which, with the support of @joinpesainc, we’re committing $20,000 to support organisations doing critical work in the sickle cell community.
These organisations have been doing important work, and they deserve more than recognition. They deserve the support and funding to reach more people, strengthen their impact, and keep moving forward.
This is just the beginning. Our hope is to support even more organisations and help create lasting change.
We’re not done. Because we can do more together.”
