Popular comedian Basketmouth has questioned why some wealthy people feel the need to display their expensive cars and mansions on social media. He recently had his say via his Instagram page, and fans have been reacting.
Stressing that the act is wrong, especially when many people are struggling with everyday challenges, Basketmouth revealed that true wealth will never need an audience.

The entertainer added that spending billions on supercars you can barely drive in Lagos does not make sense.
His words, “When you post your fleet of cars and your mansions on social media, who exactly are you trying to impress?
The rich, who probably have way better? Or the poor, who can only admire from a distance… if they have data.
You spend billions on supercars you can barely drive in Lagos. Is your garage a race track?
Meanwhile, the potholes are getting bigger and the floods are getting deeper.
True wealth doesn’t need an audience.it moves in silence.”
