Former Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has said that Harry Kane lacks the decisive edge required for the game’s ultimate individual honour. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Expressing disbelief at the final voting results, Nasri argued that Kane‘s phenomenal goalscoring figures mask his fundamental flaw when the pressure peaks.

He added that the England captain has never shown up for his club or country when they need him the most.
His words, “Harry Kane, Ballon d’Or… OK, the statistics made the difference.
He’s a fantastic player with so many qualities.
But he’s never been the player who carried his team somewhere or made his team win in the very big matches.
There’s often a slight weakness. But he’s an extraordinary player.”
