Moghreb Tetouan captain, Mohamed Aberhoune, has assured that he and his teammates are ready to claim a big win over Kano Pillars in the Caf Champions League.
.
The Tetouan team host Kano Pillars on Saturday in the first leg of the round of 32 in Africa’s premier club competition.
.
Aberhoune is hoping that Moghreb can score as many goals as possible to give themselves a cushion ahead of the second leg in Kano.
.
“We should win here and score many goals before travelling to Kano. There (in Kano) we will not play that good, as we will do our best to secure a big victory here before travelling to Nigeria. I talked with my teammates to be careful against Kano Pillars. I don’t want us to concede any goal here. We have some information about them and will use it in the match,” the defender said.
.
Another player of Moghreb Tetouan, Abdeladim Khadrouf, said they must end the two-legged contest in Morocco before embarking on the trip to Kano.
.
Khadrouf is wary of the possibility of Kano Pillars coming up with surprises in the second leg next month.
.
“I am sure we will have many surprises there in Nigeria and that’s why we want to win very well here. We want our fans to attend the game in numbers because they are our number one,” Khadrouf said.
