AC Milan should drop Christian Pulisic in favour of Samuel Chukwueze from next season, popular football pundit, Sandro Sabatini has said. This is coming despite the USMNT star’s stunning 2023-24 campaign, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, even if Pulisic has delivered very good numbers this season thus far, he believes Chukwueze has the better quality required of technical player on the wings.
Sandro added that his opinion might be very unpopular right now, but that is how he sees it.
His words, “For me Chukwueze has quality, he is a technical player who I like a lot. For next season I would prefer him to Pulisic as a prospect, in my opinion he is a guy who has some numbers. I know I’m saying something unpopular and I don’t argue about the €28 million [£24m/$30m paid for Chukwueze to Villarreal last summer] because then you have to make comparisons.”
