Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa is on the verge of joining Turkish giants Fenerbahçe after a torrid stint with Leicester City.
After just one season with Leicester City, Musa is expected to leave the club where he has failed to impress following his £18million move from CSKA Moscow in 2016.
According to reports, the forward has agreed a deal in principle to sign for Fenerbahçe.
Turkish national newspaper, Gunes claim that Musa who is keen to leave Leicester City has kicked off negotiations with Fenerbahçe.
Musa had an underwhelming first season at Leicester City scoring just four goals in 31 appearances.
His agent Tony Harris has however denied the reports linking him with Fenerbahçe insisting that the 24-year-old will remain in England.
“Rumours. There’s no truth in that. #Fenerbahce is a decent club of course, however, Musa will not be leaving England,” Harris told BBC Sport.
