Tanko Al-Makura, also known by his nickname Ta’al, has warned fellow members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State to stop spreading rumours and work together as a family if they truly care about the state and the party.
Ta’al made the appeal during his remarks at the banquet held in honour of Hon. Aliyu Bello, the chairman of the state party.
If the party’s members are not united, as Al-Makura warned, the party will fail.

I urge us to maintain our cooperative efforts. Let’s not spread rumours or do anything that can cause division among us.
Since “we have been together, we are together, and if we love this state, if we love this party, we should continue to be together as one strong, united family,” he said.
He was also very complimentary of the APC Chairman’s leadership.
He praised Bello’s extensive background in politics and administration, noting his value to the party’s progress.
“We are really fortunate to have someone like Aliyu Bello at this point in the party’s evolution. “This is a guy who has been working in politics and administration for decades,” he remarked.
Al-Makura said that Bello is a unifying force within the party, and that his charitable work will help the party win over voters from all walks of life in Nasarawa state.
Starting from his time as a student and into the mainstream of the party scene, he has always been an insider, a team player, and a very faithful friend to all and sundry. In addition, his charitable work will help our party win over voters in swing states and increase his support as chairman.
“With the advent of the APC, Aliyu Bello has now become the engine room of APC in Nasarawa State,” he said.
