The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has expressed confidence that the ruling party will secure a decisive victory in the 2027 presidential election.
Yilwatda, who also projected that the APC would win more states in the next general elections, made the assertion on Wednesday while receiving members of the Women Leaders Support Advancement, a political advocacy group promoting greater inclusion of women in governance, at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
According to him, the optimism is driven by what he described as the growing nationwide acceptance of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
“Our party is fully prepared for the future, and by the grace of God, the APC will win convincingly in 2027,” he said.
The APC National Chairman added that Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda had expanded opportunities for women and young people, stressing that the administration’s policies align with Nigerians’ calls for more inclusive governance.
