In the Zamfara State Governorship Election, the Court of Appeal in Abuja has stated that the results cannot be determined.
In a decision handed down on Thursday, the court ordered that the election be redone in three of the country’s LGAs. Maradun, Birnin-Magaji, and Bukyun are the Local Government Areas (LGAs).
According to the ruling of the court, the Zamfara State Election Petitions Tribunal did not take into account the facts that the appellants, the All Progressives Congress (APC), presented to them.

The results for Maradun Local Government that were supplied by the APC and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) were disregarded by the court.
