Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has shut down any speculation regarding the future of Myles Lewis-Skelly. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Insisting that the versatile teenager will not be leaving the Emirates Stadium this summer, Arteta stated that he is 100 per cent confident that Skelly will remain at the club beyond the summer transfer deadline.

The Spaniard added that Arsenal must look after the talented teenager because he brings so much value to the team.
His words, “Certainly. The players that have been raised in our system and genuinely feel that love and connection with the club bring something else.
There is no question about that. We need to look after them in a really special way because they bring value that is very difficult to find.
That’s why, when we can, we want to protect those assets as much as possible. Develop them and make them extremely important for the club.”
