Arsenal defender, William Saliba has come out to question how Arteta used him at the club. He recently revealed that Mikel only gave him two-and-a-half to prove himself at the Emirates stadium.
According to him, he would’ve definitely loved to play more in London, but Arteta kept telling him he is not ready for the league.
He added that he has to accept his current situation to leave the club on loan because football is like that.
His words, “He (Arteta) judged me on two-and-a-half matches,”
“I would have liked for him to play me more. But he told me I wasn’t ready.”
“I was waiting for him to give me a chance, but football is like that.”
