The American human resources consulting firm ranked 209 cities according to their cost of living for foreign workers “based on a blended international spending pattern”. The Federal Government on Wednesday directed truck drivers blocking roads in Apapa to vacate within seven days to enable the reconstruction work on Wharf Road to start.
