Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) officials have been attacked for allegedly demanding bribe from a cyclist. According to Punch, the FRSC officials tried to arrest the cyclist after he refused to pay, but the crowd turned on them. Some officials were able to escape, but the mob caught two and proceeded to beat them up. He wrote, “The stubborn cyclist refused to offer. They wanted to ‘arrest ‘ the cycle, the owner refused.” The incident reportedly took place in Nnewi, Anambra State on Friday, April 14, 2017.
