Tagged ‘Formation Scholars’, the scholarships will be given to four young college women for the 2017-2018 academic year. This comes in celebration of the one-year anniversary for her Lemonade album. The Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission says the ongoing probe of alleged ‘questionable expenditures and financial misappropriation’ in the Kano Emirate Council has no political motive.
