The Federal High Court, Abuja, on Tuesday struck out the breach of fundamental human rights suit instituted by former NNPC Group Managing Director, Andrew Yakubu against the EFCC. This followed an application by Mr Adeola Adedipe, Yakubu’s counsel, to withdraw the suit.
