The Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has reaffirmed that Continuous Voter Registration would begin across the country, in April. Yakubu gave the assurance on Monday in Abuja at the commission’s quarterly meeting with the media.
