President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday welcomed an offer by the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to organise a financing roundtable in Abuja to mobilise funds for investment and development of infrastructure in Nigeria. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the timetable for the conduct of Edo and Ondo states governorship elections on September 10 and November 26, respectively. This is contained in the commission’s daily bulletin issued on Thursday in Abuja.
