The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has extended voting exercise in the Anambra governorship election. The Resident Electoral Commissioner for INEC in Anambra State, Dr Nkwachukwu Orji announced the extension of voting by one hour, from the previous 2:30pm to 3:30pm. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Mr. Valentine Ozigbo has expressed worry over the poor internet connectivity experienced by voters in the use of the Bi-modal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machine.
