The United Nations’ highest court on Wednesday ordered Russia to stop hostilities in Ukraine, granting measures requested by Kyiv although many are sceptical that Russia will comply. Sacked Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State on Wednesday approached a Federal High Court (FHC), Abuja, to withdraw a stay of execution motion he filed due to a mistake in the application.
