The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has congratulated Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers on the occasion of his 53rd birthday. The chairman of Inter Party Advisory Council, IPAC, Prince Isaac Onuka, has resigned from the position, following the earlier de-registration of some political parties by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
