Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has responded to the exit of Mahmood Yakubu as Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The election officer for US state of Georgia, Brad Raffensperger, has affirmed that there was illegal voting in the state during Tuesday presidential election.
