The Government of Oyo State has warned property owners and developers in the State on deviating from originally approved building plans without seeking physical planning approvals, disclosing that it has requested for State Planning approvals from University College Hospital, Kola Daisi University and University of Ibadan, Ibadan on some of their structures. Dr. Olusola Amure who is the Chief Medical Director (CMD) at Ifako-Ijaiye General Hospital has advised nursing mothers to ensure that they breastfeed their babies exclusively for the first six months after childbirth. Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, has approved the payment of April and May 2017 salaries for workers in the State from the refunded second tranche Paris Club Fund and June released Monthly allocation from the Federal Government.
