A new regional force tasked with fighting Boko Haram jihadists will start fighting the insurgents soon. Nigeria’s military spokesman told AFP on Tuesday. The Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation (NIDO)has said it would soon initiate an appeal fund to assist Boko Haram victims.
