At least 10 persons have escaped death after a two-storey building under construction at 11 Sand Beach lanes off Alonge Street, Oworonshoki, Kosofe Local Government in Lagos State collapsed on Thursday morning. Workers were said to be busy on the construction when the building caved-in on them at about 11:00 am, leaving 10 construction workers trapped under the rubbles.
