Governor Idris Wada of Kogi state has won the Peoples Democratic Party’s primary election making him the party’s flag bearer in the November 21 governorship election in the state. Lagos-based beverage company, La Casera Company Plc has sacked about 700 workers over unionism leading to protests, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported.
