Former US President, Barack Obama has paid a remarkable tribute to Nipsey Hussle in a letter that was read at a memorial for the late musician and activist yesterday.
Obama thanked Nipsey who got shot and murdered in a shooting in March for raising his South Central Los Angeles community.
His words, “While most folks look at the Crenshaw neighborhood where he grew up and see only gangs, bullets, and despair, Nipsey saw potential. He saw hope. He saw a community that, even through its flaws, taught him to always keep going.”
