Popular comedian Bovi Ugboma has opened up about his relationship with fellow comedian Basketmouth. He recently revealed that there is no bad blood between them, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, even though they used to collaborate more years ago, they both decided to focus on their own shows after some time.
Bovi added that his decision to focus more on his family and pursue interests in filmmaking and television led to a shift in his priorities.
His words, “We are cool. Nothing happened (between us). Interests changed, especially for me. I wanted to focus, spend more time with family. I wanted to also elevate myself.
I easily get bored with things. When I am doing something for too long I try to do something else. As you know I started to do film. As you know I went back to TV. I wanted to build my own brand.
I needed the world to know that I can stand with the mic endlessly and talk. I also started to think that when I blow the whistle and host shows at Eko Hotels, it fills up, why should I go and share money? Why should we be many and do one show?”
