Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, assured farmers that they will receive the right value for their produce through new innovations introduced by the Benue Investment and Property Company (BIPC).
Speaking at the commissioning of BIPC projects in Makurdi, Governor Alia reiterated his administration’s commitment to revitalize and establish a minimum of 10 industries within his first four years in office.
Governor Alia emphasized his government’s dedication to creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive and providing opportunities for citizens to prosper.

He highlighted that the BIPC requires liquidity of at least N7 billion to stabilize and drive the state’s industrial revolution.
“My government will support BIPC with an equity stake to float the Benue brewery and establish a juicer factory in the state,” Alia stated.
“These steps are taken to ensure that our teeming youths are gainfully employed and our farmers receive the right value for their farm produce.”
