The just-released 2017 Grammy awards nomination list sees two of the biggest female stars go head-to-head for the Album of the Year award.
Beyonce, who leads the list with nine nominations, and Adele will also battle for the honours in two other top categories.
They face competition from other big names like Justin Bieber, Drake and country music singer, Sturgill Simpson, but Beyonce leads with eight other nominations to her name while Adele has five in total.
Adele’s 25 will compete with Beyonce’s Lemonade, Drake’s Views, Justin Bieber’s Purpose and Sturgill Simpson’s A Sailor’s Guide to Earth for the much coveted prize of best Album of the year.
