Bournemouth had signed striker Glenn Murray from Crystal Palace on a three-year deal, the Premier League club have confirmed.
The 31-year-old scored 47 goals in 125 matches for the Eagles, 31 of which came in the 2012-13 season ad Palace won promotion back to the English top-flight.
Murray spent part of last season on loan with Championship side Reading, where he scored eight goals in 18 league appearances.
The deal for Murray – the tenth player to join Premier League debutants Bournemouth this summer – is reportedly said to be in the region of five million pounds.
