It’s indeed the year of celebrity baby arrivals and this time, comedian Bovi and his wife, Kris Asimonye-Ugboma are expecting their third child!
Kris’ friends threw her a baby shower yesterday, July 3, 2016. Julius Agwu’s wife, Ibiere Agwu, Basketmouth’s wife, Elsie Okpocha and some of her friends were also present at the intimate baby shower.
Bovi Ugboma has been married to his wife, Christabel for over six years and the duo are already parents to two beautiful kids, David and Elena.
The duo’s marriage seem to be waxing stronger at a point where several celebrity marriages seem to be hitting the rocks.
The funny man however has a good explanation for it. The comedian was a guest on Beat FM, May 18, 2016 and he spoke on what keeps his marriage going.
According to him, “Marriage? It affects many artistes. But there are married successful entertainers. What’s good for the goose may not be good for the gander.”
“My wedding ring lasted only one week. I don’t like rings. And my wife understands. We follow a practical approach to marriage. A ring doesn’t stop my marriage from being good or bad,” he continued.
