    Following his swearing-in ceremony as the Governor of Lagos State on Friday, May 29, Akinwunmi Ambode was treated to a welcome dinner.

    The event was hosted by comedians Tee A and Gbenga Adeyinka.

    Upon his inauguration, the Governor’s first duty was appointing the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), his Chief of Staff and Chief Press Secretary

    At the inauguration dinner, some of Nigeria’s finest entertainers were on ground to spice the event.

    The event was anchored by top comedians including Gbenga Adeyinka and Tee A while YBNL boss, Olamide and Dammy Krane delivered classic performances. Other celebrities in attendance include Uti Nwachukwu, Ayo Makun, Funke Akindele, Dayo Amusa and several others.

    ambo3 amb2Meanwhile, report has it that Ambode is inheriting a debt burden of N418.2 billion accumulated by the immediate past government of Babatunde Fashola.
