AC Milan defender, FikayoTomori has come out to admit that he was angry after his recent disappointing Chelsea return in the UCL. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, AC Milan will have to redeem themselves in the return fixture this week because UCL group qualification will depend on it.
Tomori added that Chelsea didn’t face the real AC Milan in the last game, and the match definitely didn’t go according to plan for the Italian club.
His words, “After the match against Chelsea I was angry and I wanted to give everything on the pitch, when I scored the goal [vs Juve] that was my feeling. I wanted to cancel the performance against Chelsea and I expressed how I felt. We are here tomorrow to redeem ourselves. Against Chelsea it wasn’t the real Milan and it wasn’t the reaction we wanted. We know we have to learn from this match.”
“Criticism is normal when you have a defeat especially in a big game in a derby, so we have to deal with that and then you learn the lessons and we did, already on Thursday and today as well,”
“The first 35 minutes were good, in and out of possession. We had a setback, a goal against, but I think we responded much better and turned it around before half-time, so really good.”
