Chris Brown is being sued by a woman who claims she was raped at his house by his friend after she was invited to an after party.
The alleged victim, who is suing anonymously as Jane Doe, claims she was raped by one of the singer’s friends during a party, and that a woman who was menstruating forced her to perform oral sex on her.
A lawsuit was filed on Wednesday at Los Angeles County Superior Court.
She also claims she was supplied with drugs, including cocaine, pills and marijuana, by the singer at his party in February 2017, which she attended in the early hours following a concert at a Los Angeles club.
The woman, who attended the party with her roommate, claims she and a few other women were forced into a bedroom at Brown’s house by one of his female friends under the guise of being allowed access to her phone after it was taken away from her.
The Jane Doe claims the door was then blocked by a couch and that her phone had been taken away from her earlier in the night.
She claims she was forced by Brown’s female friend, along with the other women brought to the room, to “hook up” with the singer and another man, named as Lowell Grissom, aka Young Lo.
In legal documents seen by Mirror Online, the woman is taking legal action against Brown, his friend Lowell Grissom Jr, and another person, a woman named only as Doe X.
The complaints listed include sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, and the intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Lawyer Gloria Allred, who is representing the anonymous woman, says her client claims she tried to leave but was grabbed by Brown’s female friend by the throat and forced to perform oral sex on Grissom.
