Chris Brown’s monkey biz and its legal drama is about to continue for a while.
The singer who is presently facing investigations after the Paris incident has been ordered to appear in court over charges that came from his alleged ownership of an illegal (exotic) pet.
In December, Breezy was officially charged with the possession of a pet monkey in an illegal manner.
According to Carlifornia law, anyone who plans to get an exotic pet must adhere to a strict regulatory process which needs them to acquire a special permit.
Chris Brown failed to do all this and even gifted his daughter “Fiji” the pet monkey as a non-birthday present.
Chris Brown’s trial over the pet was supposed to begin this month but it was pushed forward to March 19.
It is set to take to happen at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Centre in Los Angeles, with Efrain M Aceves named as judge for the case.
